A month in profitable sales
Torque has built a really loyal fanbase that will pick up any new products that are released but the brand really struggled with their ads and acquiring new customers with paid social. They couldn't spend more than a couple hundred dollars a day on ads but it was unprofitable and burning cash. They knew they had to make a switch in not only content but ad strategy because what they were running for years with their current agency, was not working.
When we started working with Torque, we really wanted to understand their brand and what products were most popular. From there, we developed a content strategy with their team and rolled out new videos that showcased their product in a way where a potential customer would be left with little to no questions about their products and how it can be used. With a simplified ad strategy, we were able to take them from doing only $50,000 a month (unprofitably) to over $100,000 a month (profitably).
